Barista Chai is an intense, spicy and refined syrup with flavors of cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and cloves over a base of black tea. The spice blend is inspired by the traditional sweet, spiced teas of India and Sri Lanka. The syrup is sweetened with cane sugar and can be used in steamed milk or in the desired mixing ratio between steamed water and milk. For a "dirty chai", add an espresso to the pre-brewed mixture.
